Joint Supply Pipe Replacement & Reconnection
Scope of Work
Cascade Water Services Ltd was commissioned to replace a section of the joint supply pipe servicing properties in the area, extending from the boundary stop tap to the rear gardens. Additionally, the project required reconnecting neighbouring properties to the new supply pipe to ensure uninterrupted water access. Existing stop taps on the front driveway were also to be disconnected and buried, ensuring the system’s safety and efficiency.
Work Completed
Our team successfully replaced the full pipework from the boundary line, installing a new supply that routed to the rear gardens and connected under the kitchen sinks. The water supply was thoroughly tested to ensure normal flow and confirm no non-return valves (NRVs) were present, which could obstruct the system. Neighbouring properties were reconnected and verified for consistent supply. In addition to pipework replacement, we inspected the surrounding infrastructure to ensure the project did not negatively impact the property's water system. The work areas were fully reinstated to their original condition, leaving the site clean and tidy.
